What Are Others Saying?

"Really great informative workshop, going through the intervention process was particularly helpful in learning the general steps to take e.g. identifying body cues then identifying the emotion"

Julia T, Occupational Therapist

"The workshop was great to understand approaches towards emotional regulation. I really liked the example of how to speed up/slow down a client during a session and then use emotional regulation"
