With over 20 years of OT experience, including a decade of navigating the NDIS, I understand the challenges you face.

And that’s why the Inner Circle was created – to lighten the load and provide OTs with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Sarah Collison, founder of Verve OT Learning

The Inner Circle is built for Occupational Therapists working in or entering the NDIS space, particularly those who are seeking clarity, confidence and community as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of the scheme.

It’s not just for one stage of career. It’s for any OT who wants to build capability and reduce overwhelm while staying current and connected.

Ideal for:

  • New Grads - unsure how to apply theory, seeking guidance and confidence
  • Early Career OTs (1–3 yrs) - competent but overwhelmed by reports, SIL/SDA, and rule changes
  • Sole Traders/Contractors - working solo, craving peer support and practical tools
  • Burnt Out OTs - clinically skilled but drowning in admin and shifting guidelines
  • Returning OTs - rebuilding confidence after a break, needing flexible, low-pressure support
  • Team Leaders - looking for a trusted resource to support and upskill their team

Let’s talk about what’s really getting in the way

"I’m constantly second-guessing if I’m doing it right."

Challenge: Confusion about NDIS expectations, rules and what's considered 'reasonable and necessary'.

Solution: Get clear on what the NDIA are looking for. Our Q&A and NDIS Insight sessions break it down so you can stop guessing and start feeling confident.

"Supervision isn’t cutting it,
I need answers now."

Challenge: Inconsistent or delayed supervision support when dealing with urgent clinical questions.

Solution: Our searchable resource hub, pre-recorded sessions and regular live Q&As mean help is always at your fingertips when you need it most.

"I want to grow, but I don’t have time to figure out what I need to learn."

Challenge: Professional development feels like one more overwhelming thing to manage.

Solution: We’ve done the curation for you. Get straight to what matters with targeted trainings that fit your schedule and career stage.

"I feel like I’m the only one who doesn’t get this."

Challenge: Isolation, especially for sole traders or new grads feeling out of their depth.

Solution: You’re not alone. Join a community of 400+ OTs who share advice, ask questions and learn together — no judgment, just support.

"My report was rejected again."

Challenge: Rejections, requests for more evidence or ambiguous feedback from the NDIA.

Solution: Access proven report templates, real-life examples and expert tips so your clinical reasoning lands the first time.

"I feel like I’m drowning in admin instead of doing OT."

Challenge: Emotional fatigue and burnout from admin overload, especially documentation and compliance tasks.

Solution: We show you shortcuts, time-saving tools and examples to take the mental load off so you can get back to the parts of OT you actually love.

I WANT SUPPORT

From overwhelmed to empowered

How one OT transformed her confidence in the NDIS

When I first connected with Anna, a sole trader OT working in rural Victoria, she was on the verge of burnout. She loved working with her clients, but the paperwork, shifting rules and constant second-guessing around report writing were wearing her down. She’d spend hours Googling NDIS guidelines late at night, rewriting reports based on vague feedback and wondering if she was even doing it right. Despite her years of clinical experience, the NDIS had left her feeling uncertain and alone.

Anna joined the Inner Circle after hearing about it through another OT. At first, she simply watched a few on-demand masterclasses in the background while finishing notes. Then she started attending weekly Q&As, submitting questions and leaning into the community space. She realised she wasn’t alone. That the confusion, frustration and information overload were shared experiences and that practical help was just a few clicks away.

Within a few months, Anna’s entire approach to NDIS work shifted. She began using the templates and examples from the resource hub to write faster, clearer reports. She felt more confident citing the right rules and evidence. When her first SDA report was approved without any questions, she emailed us: “I finally feel like I know what I’m doing. This has taken a huge weight off my shoulders.”

Anna now shares her insights in the Q&A chat and has even presented a mini case study for other members.

She’s not just surviving NDIS work anymore, she’s thriving.

This is exactly why the Inner Circle exists.

What do our members say?

I love everything about the inner circle

There is a lot I am getting for me membership.

The weekly inner circle Q&A are amazing because I know if I have a burning question I do not have to wait too long to get it answered. I listen to the recording and there is always something I get out of them.

The templates are amazing thankyou.  Oh the master-classes even better.

Thankyou for the time you put into this.

Due to family circumstances I had to start my own practice sooner than I would have liked.

I couldn't have done it without Sarah and the Inner Circle.

It provides top shelf templates, guidance and other resources to give you the confidence in what you're doing, plus the weekly ability to as Sarah any curly questions you might have in the live Q&A.

Add in a monthly masterclass and NDIS insights and I feel very supported.

Totally worth it.

Sarah, thanks for your welcome email. I’ve spent some time going through the Verve site this evening and I am so impressed by the training/information/access to assessments/reports etc available to members! It really is a fabulous site.

I have worked in public health for quite a few years, mostly in the NDIS space in a public hospital, supporting people (mostly with neurological deficits) access the NDIS pathway through to housing in a lot of cases. I’ve recently made the decision to leave the health system and go out on my own. This is week one, and I’ve suddenly found the process of being out of the safety of health, very daunting. However, but chance, I’ve stumbled upon your website today, and I’ve suddenly found a whole lot of support!

So, I just wanted to say, thank you in advance. This is going to be incredibly helpful!
