"The workshop was well paced and I really enjoyed the use of real-life examples to explain how interventions may be implemented for clients with different difficulty areas with executive functioning. The slides were helpful as well with the implementation of visuals and key information. The key takeaway was specific strategies such as provision of a whiteboard on students' desks, and the importance of teaching clients how to implement the strategies themselves rather than doing it for them. OT's would really benefit from this as it would remind them not to just throw numerous strategies at problems, but rather help clients use theses strategies on their own and trial them with patience."
Caleb A, Occupational Therapist
"I really enjoyed this workshop as the strategies were very practical and empowered the individual instead of the strategies I am used to doing which is a more bottom up approach."
Beth B, Occupational Therapist
