What Are Others Saying?

"I found this workshop to be a really valuable baseline introduction to Interoception. Key takeaways for me included deepening my understanding of my own body signals, as well as recognising and interpreting the signals of the children, families, and colleagues I work with. The reminder that co regulation is essential for building connection with a child before moving into any higher level interpretation or skill development. I also appreciated the references to Kelly Mahler’s Interoception Curriculum and Hedi Janssen’s Interoception Toolkit, which gave me practical resources to explore further."

Nicole L, Occupational Therapist

"On the whole felt information was good. Some good takeaways eg when vigilant brain is on it shuts down insula. Useful interpretation of body sensation ie thumbs up or down. Importance of exploring and asking questions."
