About the Presenter

Laura McNab brings over 14 years of experience developing and delivering aquatic programs with Swim Australia, where she trained instructors nationally in supporting children with diverse needs. Now, as a registered NDIS Occupational Therapist, Laura combines her deep knowledge of aquatic engagement with clinical expertise in sensory integration, primitive reflex integration, emotional regulation, and functional capacity building. Her practice is grounded in neuroscience, evidence-based frameworks, and practical strategies that OTs can use straight away. Laura is known for her no-fluff, highly practical workshops that empower therapists to build confidence and deliver meaningful outcomes for their clients.
