MeetĀ Hannah Spencer

Hannah is a neurodiverse Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children and young people with developmental needs. With a background in Psychology and a Master of Occupational Therapy, she has worked across public and private settings in both the UK and Australia since 2012. Her roles have included sole practitioner, team leader, service manager and now small business owner.

Since 2017, Hannah has focused on the NDIS, delivering neuro-affirming assessment and intervention for children with autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and chromosomal conditions. She is passionate about helping neurodiverse children feel understood, build on their strengths and access the supports they need to thrive. Hannah also supports neurodiverse parents to recognise their own needs and develop sustainable family strategies.

Hannah is an experienced educator and clinical supervisor. She lectures in neurodevelopment and paediatrics at ACU and presents webinars on emotional regulation, capacity building and fine motor development. Her supervision approach is reflective, collaborative and grounded in lived and professional experience.
