About the Presenter
Deb Hopper is a coach and mentor to paediatric occupational therapists across Australia. Her Kids OT Pod is the go-to place for OT’s to receive ongoing support and professional development in the paediatric field. Deb’s 25 years in community health & private practice have mostly been spent working as a rural OT in Forster, NSW, where she still practices and leads a small team.
She passes on her years of business experience through business mentoring in the OT Business Mastermind. Deb has a heart for journeying with OT’s and her clients love the warm, supportive energy she brings to her coaching. She’s on the admin team for The Australian Paediatric OT Facebook group and can be found regularly at paediatric trainings across Australia to continually learn and better support the OTs she serves.

Christy Vagg has worked in Occupational Therapy for 16 years with a focus on rehabilitation, community and paediatrics. She has supervised numerous Allied Health Assistants throughout her career and from 2021-2022 was the Occupational Therapy teacher in the Canberra Institute of Technology Certificate IV of Allied Health Assistance. Christy runs a paediatric Occupational Therapy service in Canberra that employs several Allied Health Assistants. She is dedicated to growing the skills of her team members and supporting other Occupational Therapists to enhance their businesses through employing Allied Health Assistants.
