WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
"I thought the workshop was good and provided me some skills and ideas I have not thought of as a supervisor, which now I can implement with my supervisees. I have done training through my work place for supervision but with this supervision training it has given me some things to think about and guide me, especially support around what my workplace should be doing for myself and supervisee."
- Amy K.
"I thought the workshop was paced well and very absorbable. One of the key takeaways for me is the importance of documentation for supervision. Coming in with a clear agenda, documenting what was discussed and a clarification email after will benefit both supervisee and supervisor on making sure the discussion was understood in the way it was meant to be understood. I think OTs would benefit from attending as it will foster their clinical skills and leadership skills."
