I really enjoyed the workshop! I have a much better understanding of how to be effectively assertive, set professional boundaries and understand how important it is to value my self and my time. I believe all OT's, especially OT's early on in their careers, would benefit from this workshop in order to develop their understanding about how to be assertive in a professional setting as well as why setting boundaries and being assertive is so important in clinical practice and to prevent burnout.

I really enjoyed this workshop, I appreciate Toni's learnings so much. I teared up a few times reflecting on times where I deserved to be assertive but was waiting for the time I felt more confident. I look forward to putting this into practice both when working with my colleagues and supporting my team. I know a lot of OTs who are very much like myself and fear uncomfortable situations!
