Jess Francis is an occupational therapist, and entrepreneur who uses AI in her daily clinical and business practices. Jess has a passion for innovation and has always had an interest in using technology for better client outcomes. She has run a digital health startup in addition to her clinical practice. Jess is the chair of the NSW divisional council for Occupational Therapy Australia and is a current member of the OTA NDIS National Reference Group. Jess graduated OT in 2010, and also holds a Master of Science (Research) exploring the use of Virtual Reality in practice. She currently works as an OT in private practice, provides training and supervision to OTs, allied health professionals and business owners.
